With a blend of Guatemalan, Colombian, and Brazilian beans, the High Lakes is a light bodied citrusy coffee. It is deeply nuanced and perfect for a good pour over just to throw in the coffee machine as a daily driver.
The High Lakes Blend is named after the lakes and trails outside of Bend Oregon that our co-founder, Anne Juarez, grew up on. As Anne puts it: "Growing up I fell in love with hiking, camping, and the outdoors because of the influence of my mom. Any chance she got, she would pack me and my siblings up and take us out on adventures in the woods. These are some of my fondest childhood family memories! Time out in the High Lakes."
