The Rock Creek Blend is a mix of Guatemalan, Colombian, and Brazilian beans with a medium roast profile. This coffee is full bodied with toffee and chocolate notes. The discerning pallet will detect a slight acidic citrus that brightens the coffee's finish.
The blend is part of our Founders Collection and named after an epic trout stream located outside of Missoula, Montana where co-founder, David, grew up. His family continues to visit and fish this stream every year for the Salmon Fly hatch.
